About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales/Business Developer to support our client acquisition and outreach efforts. In this role, you will be working on to generate leads, conduct discovery calls, prepare proposals, and help convert prospects into long-term clients. This position is ideal for someone who is confident, articulate, and eager to build a strong foundation in B2B sales, client communication, and growth strategy all while working remotely.


Responsibilities

  1. Identify and qualify potential leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools.
  2. Initiate outreach through personalized messages, targeted communication, and strategic follow-ups.
  3. Conduct discovery and sales calls to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
  4. Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, decks, and pricing plans aligned with client objectives.
  5. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth, professional, and client-centered sales process.
  6. Onboard new clients efficiently by coordinating with internal teams for a seamless handover.
  7. Create thought leadership content and industry-related posts on LinkedIn to boost visibility and attract leads.
  8. Maintain and update CRM records, track pipeline stages, and report key performance metrics regularly.
  9. Work cross-functionally with marketing, delivery, and support teams to ensure alignment to goals and client needs.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends, market shifts, and competitive insights to improve outreach strategies and positioning.


Qualifications

  1. At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role.
  2. Expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and social selling.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication and persuasion skills.
  4. Ability to create compelling proposals and close deals independently.
  5. Highly organized with strong time management and follow-up abilities.
  6. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
  7. Basic understanding of digital marketing and tech concepts (such as e-commerce) is preferred.
