Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Specialist based in Nagpur, allowing for both in-office presence and partial work-from-home opportunities. The role involves analyzing business data, developing strategic plans, overseeing business processes, and facilitating communication between teams. Responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service, addressing client inquiries, and developing actionable business insights to enhance organizational growth. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data for meaningful insights Proficiency in Business Planning and a solid understanding of business operations Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with stakeholders Exceptional Customer Service abilities to manage client relationships and address their needs Proactive problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach to business challenges Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field Experience in process improvement and project management is a plus Familiarity with AI or technology sectors is advantageous
