Key Responsibilities

Process Management: Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability.

 

Cross-functional Coordination: Liaise between product, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of tasks.

 

Customer, Vendor & Partner Management: Handle communications, contracts, and relationships with customers, external vendors and service providers.

 

Data & Reporting: Maintain dashboards, track KPIs, and generate reports to support decision-making.

 

Resource Planning: Assist in budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation across projects.

 

Compliance & Documentation: Ensure company policies, procedures, and documentation are up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations.

 

Support Leadership:

Provide operational support to founders and senior leadership in strategic initiatives and daily tasks.

 

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 3+ Years of experience in in similar role(s)
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Experience in budget management and financial reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in business process improvement and policy implementation
  • Ability to analyze data and generate comprehensive reports
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of IT industry and consulting practices is a plus
  • Knowledge of GST Compliance is a plus
  • Exposure to Oracle ERP/Tools is added advantage
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail , ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
