Join a Leading Cybersecurity Innovator for a Strong Future


Job Overview:


As working into 'Business Development’ domain, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and managing the sales cycle for large enterprise accounts across North Region and surrounding regions. You will engage with senior executives, including CIOs, CISOs, and IT leaders, to understand their security challenges and deliver tailored cybersecurity solutions. Your primary focus will be on expanding our footprint within large organizations, generating revenue, and building long-term relationships.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Target Achievement:

    Own and meet or exceed sales targets through strategic selling of cybersecurity solutions to enterprise clients in the North region.
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:

    Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing relationships in the market.
  • Solution Selling:

    Conduct thorough needs analysis with prospects to understand their security requirements and recommend appropriate solutions from our product portfolio, including threat detection, endpoint protection, cloud security, and compliance tools.
  • Relationship Building:

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior-level decision-makers, including CISOs, CTOs, and IT directors, ensuring their continued trust and business.
  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:

    Deliver tailored sales presentations, product demos, and workshops to key stakeholders, showcasing the value of our cybersecurity solutions.
  • Sales Negotiation and Closing:

    Lead negotiations, respond to RFPs, manage contracts, and close sales while ensuring favourable terms for both the client and the company.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer success, and product management, to ensure alignment on sales strategies, marketing materials, and the execution of client engagements.
  • Market Insight:

    Stay informed of the latest cybersecurity trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements, using this knowledge to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Pipeline and Forecast Management:

    Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, track sales activities, and provide accurate sales forecasts to the management team on a regular basis.


Qualifications:


  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a strong track record of success in selling complex IT solutions or cybersecurity services to large organizations and managing large Accounts.
  • Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of cybersecurity technologies, including network security, endpoint protection, cloud security, SIEM, threat intelligence, and compliance frameworks. Familiarity with cybersecurity regulations like GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001 is a plus.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven experience managing long sales cycles, including lead generation, prospecting, solution selling, negotiation, and closing.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or any related field is preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+) are advantageous but not required.
