Job Description

Sales Manager's primary responsibility is to lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve revenue targets and overall sales goals. This involves developing and implementing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and analyzing sales data to track performance. They also play a crucial role in hiring, training, and motivating the sales team, as well as building and maintaining relationships with key clients.  Key Responsibilities: Recruitment of Team leaders & Agents Developing and Executing Sales planning Creating and implementing sales plans, setting sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities.  Managing Sales Teams: Hiring, training, and motivating sales Agent, providing guidance and coaching, and monitoring their performance.  Analyzing Sales Data: Tracking sales performance against goals.  Building and Maintaining Client Relationships: Ensuring Adherence to Sales Policies: Enforcing sales policies and procedures, maintaining ethical sales practices, and resolving customer issues.  Forecasting Sales and Managing Budgets: Team Worker Multi tasker
