Role Description
- The Business Management Associate provides professional, timely advice and guidance to managers and their teams in assigned Divisions/Business Units, on specific functional subject areas and consistent with the Bank’s strategy, ensuring adherence to Bank policy and relevant Business/legal/regulatory frameworks.
- They collaborate with colleagues within their function, and more broadly, to implement appropriate processes, in line with Bank and Divisional strategy. The Business Management Associate delivers appropriate products and solutions to meet the needs of their assigned Division/Business Unit and promotes and supports implementation of cross-divisional initiatives. Typically, they provide coverage for a team within a division or region and have responsibility for advising on their areas of expertise.
- The role is part of a desk extension team in PB BLISS FRM and supports the FRM /Business Management team across, having a local reporting line in Mumbai.

Your Key Responsibilities
PB FRM team is looking to hire in Mumbai to strengthen the analytical toolset which it uses to monitor and steer the bank’s financial resource deployment. The core deliverables for the roles are.
- Own existing Fund Transfer Pricing (FTP) and Liquidity Management (LM) methodologies and its implementation, perform periodic reviews, support audit and governance processes, and suggest enhancements that can be implemented for better transfer pricing revenue growth within a methodology/process for PB.
- Calculation of product FTP prices based on actual product volumes and live FTP curves.
- Ad hoc analysis/ presentations to support FTP framework development/ enhancement.
- Improve existing processes of calculating the FTP charges and operationally booking them against the business units on a periodic basis.
- Supporting NII computation for the Private Bank Business.
- Support Liquidity Management Strategies in relation to LCR/ ALM/ NSFR.
- Study macro-economic environment and suggest changes in existing methodology based on that e.g. IBOR transition’s impact on existing methodology.
- Act as a functional tester for testing of bank’s new IT systems, being developed to automate existing FTP processes.
- Support Adhoc request for the Lending and Deposit Businesses for the Private Bank standpoint.
- Support in various projects related to FTP, LM via analysis and presentations.
Your Skills And Experience
- Academic qualifications in Business, Finance or related field in Treasury would be advantage.
- Preferred MBA/ CA/ FRM with prior relevant work experience of minimum 4-9 years
- Data analytics and process automation experience.
- Experience in Accountancy or Management Consulting.
- Aptitude for analytical tasks and ability to pull out the key messages.
- Very Good Excel working knowledge.
- Strong communication skills with excellent English, both orally and written.
- Good knowledge of the financial sector.
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence usage in the financial sector will be added advantage.
