Job Title: Business Intelligence Manager

Location: Hyderabad, India (Work from Office)

Start Date: 21 July 2025

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Looker and Tableau
• Write complex and optimized SQL queries to extract and analyze large datasets from Snowflake
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Perform deep-dive data analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement
• Develop and maintain data models and data pipelines to support BI reporting infrastructure
• Ensure data quality and consistency across reports and dashboards
• Monitor BI systems performance and proactively troubleshoot data or dashboard issues
• Provide training and support to business users on BI tools and dashboards

Key Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a Business Intelligence, Data Analyst, or similar role
• Strong expertise in SQL with the ability to write complex queries and optimize performance
• Hands-on experience with Looker (LookML is a plus) and Tableau
• Solid understanding of cloud data warehouses (preferably Snowflake)
• Strong analytical, collaborative, problem-solving skills
• Excellent English communication skills

Preferred & Good-to-have Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile teams or product-oriented environments
• Knowledge of data modeling techniques and ETL/ELT workflows
• Familiarity with other BI/visualization tools is a plus (e.g., Power BI, Mode)
