Job Title: Business Intelligence Manager Location: Hyderabad, India (Work from Office) Start Date: 21 July 2025 Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Looker and Tableau Write complex and optimized SQL queries to extract and analyze large datasets from Snowflake Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements Perform deep-dive data analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement Develop and maintain data models and data pipelines to support BI reporting infrastructure Ensure data quality and consistency across reports and dashboards Monitor BI systems performance and proactively troubleshoot data or dashboard issues Provide training and support to business users on BI tools and dashboards Key Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience in a Business Intelligence, Data Analyst, or similar role Strong expertise in SQL with the ability to write complex queries and optimize performance Hands-on experience with Looker (LookML is a plus) and Tableau Solid understanding of cloud data warehouses (preferably Snowflake) Strong analytical, collaborative, problem-solving skills Excellent English communication skills Preferred & Good-to-have Qualifications Experience working in Agile teams or product-oriented environments Knowledge of data modeling techniques and ETL/ELT workflows Familiarity with other BI/visualization tools is a plus (e.g., Power BI, Mode) Send your resume to Tony.Sherwood@cybsearch.com and DM me.
