Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end HR operations for night shift employees. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes. Maintain and track attendance, shift schedules, and leaves. Handle employee grievances, engagement, and conflict resolution. Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies. Monitor performance evaluation processes and drive improvement initiatives. Coordinate with transport vendors for employee drop facility management. Prepare HR reports and analytics for senior management. Foster a positive and inclusive night shift work culture. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in IT/Tech or BPO/KPO industry. Must be comfortable working in a night shift environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of HR systems and tools. Familiarity with local labor laws and HR best practices.
