This role is an exciting opportunity to work as a trusted advisor to different senior leaders and to provide solutions and recommendations in the People space. The Business Partner is essential in driving leadership capabilities and supporting the leaders in creating a culture, the organization, leadership styles and the inclusive environment necessary for people at INDUS to do the best work of their life.
• Consults with business, providing P&C guidance when appropriate.
• Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the P&C group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to business (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Provides P&C policy guidance and interpretation.
• Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related P&C matters.
• Provides guidance and input on business Rewards and Recognition
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Plan, manage and provide continuous improvement to all aspects of the client organization and leadership review process and the strategic objectives therein. This includes both annual and mid-year processes which focus on performance management and talent development
• Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential.
• Working with business groups assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives within business.
• Develop and execute activities basis engagement metrics and employee feedback
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to execute successful activities on time and within budget
• Accurately track and reports on various initiatives.
• Take an organized and proactive approach, managing timelines and tasks and communicating with internal teams and vendors as needed
• Support organizational goals to attract and retain top, diverse talent and create a productive work environment.
• Minimum of 8 10 Year years of experience in a similar organization (Big 4 preferred) resolving complex employee relations issues.
• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws
