Job Description

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all facets of the human resources function at Tata Steel Foundation. Your role involves guiding the talent lifecycle, cultivating a high-performance culture, retaining key personnel, and devising HR strategies aligned with the organization's business growth objectives. As a dynamic and results-driven HR professional, you will establish and expand HR practices within a rapidly evolving environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with the company's business objectives and expansion plans. - Provide strategic counsel to the leadership team on talent management, organizational structure, compensation, and employee relations. - Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention. - Lead change management initiatives associated with organizational growth and development. - Design competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract, motivate, and retain employees. - Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness of compensation and benefits offerings. - Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues fairly and consistently. - Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and industry standards. - Streamline HR operations and leverage HR technology (HRIS) for enhanced efficiency and data accuracy. - Develop and analyze HR metrics for decision-making and evaluating the effectiveness of HR initiatives. **Qualifications Required:** - Full-time Masters in Human Resource Management or equivalent. **Additional Details:** Tata Steel Foundation, a CSR implementing organization, envisions contributing significantly to India's sustainable development by integrating economic, social, and environmental goals into its programs.
