Manager HR Business Partner (HRBP)

• End-to-End HRBP Functions:

  Manage the entire employee lifecycle from hiring to exit.

• Employee Relations & Grievance Handling:

  Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.

• Investigations & Compliance:

  Lead investigations into employee concerns and ensure compliance with ethics and legal standards.

• Performance Management:

  Oversee employee performance, set goals, and provide feedback.

• Organizational Development:

  Support organizational change and drive workforce development.

• Policy & Legal Compliance:

  Ensure company policies and legal standards are followed.

• Employee Engagement & Retention:

  Implement strategies to boost employee satisfaction and retention, fostering a positive work environment.

• Talent Attraction:

  Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract top candidates and build a strong employer brand.

• Leadership Support:

  Coach managers and leaders on HR best practices.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Work closely with Legal, Compliance, and leadership teams.

• Documentation & Reporting:

  Maintain accurate records of HR cases and provide reports to senior management.

• Exit Management:

  Manage the offboarding process and conduct exit interviews.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience:

  9-12 years in HR, with a focus on Employee Relations and end-to-end HR functions.

• Skills:

  Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
