Role Summary
The Business Head will be responsible for building, scaling, and leading the Staffing & Talent division of SkillzRevo. The role requires strong leadership in sales, delivery management, client acquisition, recruitment operations, P&L ownership, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business & Revenue Growth
Develop and execute a 12-month growth plan for the staffing vertical.
Drive revenue through IT & Non-IT staffing, contract staffing, permanent hiring, and RPO.
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for closures, billing, and client acquisition.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Identify, pitch, and acquire enterprise clients and high-potential startups.
Build and maintain CXO-level relationships.
Lead proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiations.
3. Operations & Delivery Management
Build high-performing recruitment teams across IT, Non-IT, and emerging tech roles.
Monitor delivery TAT, quality of profiles, and SLA adherence.
Implement delivery dashboards, progress tracking, and performance reviews.
4. Team Leadership
Hire, train, and manage BDMs, recruiters, and delivery leads.
Set KPIs and performance metrics for sales and delivery teams.
Motivate and mentor teams for consistent performance.
5. P&L & Business Planning
Own the P&L for the staffing division.
Budgeting, forecasting, and profitability management.
Track margins, billing, collection cycles, and operational costs.
6. Technology, Tools & Branding
Implement ATS, CRM, and recruitment automation tools.
Collaborate with marketing for branding, campaigns, and Google reviews.

Required Skills & Experience
8–15 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
Strong experience in business development, client acquisition, and P&L leadership.
Ability to lead 20–50+ member teams across sales & delivery.
Strong market understanding in IT, Non-IT, GCC, and emerging tech hiring.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
