Role Description : Business Head- Amritsar

To lead and oversee Royal Green Realty’s Amritsar operations, ensuring excellence across construction, sales, CRM, marketing, accounts, office management, and overall team performance. The Business Head will act as the company’s brand representative in the region, maintaining client trust, vendor partnerships, and government relations while driving growth and profitability. 


Responsibilities

1. Business & Operations Leadership

o  Lead and manage overall business operations of Royal Green Realty in Amritsar.

o  Oversee construction discipline, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budgets.

o  Ensure smooth coordination across sales, CRM, marketing, accounts, and administration teams.

o  Drive operational efficiency and performance across departments.


2. Sales, Marketing & CRM

o  Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

o  Guide and motivate the sales team to build strong customer relationships and close deals.

o  Monitor CRM processes for customer satisfaction and timely query resolution.

o  Implement and oversee marketing initiatives, events, and campaigns to enhance brand visibility.


3. Finance & Budgeting

o  Prepare, monitor, and control budgets for the Amritsar operations.

o  Review accounts and financial performance to ensure profitability and compliance.

o  Optimize cost efficiencies while maintaining quality standards.


4. Local Liaisoning & Compliance

o Maintain strong liaisoning with local authorities, government bodies, vendors, and community stakeholders.

o  Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

o  Build goodwill and enhance the company’s reputation in the Amritsar region.


5. People & Office Management

o Lead, mentor, manage cross-functional teams across construction, sales, CRM, marketing, accounts, and admin.

o  Establish performance metrics and ensure accountability across departments.

o  Foster a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and high performance.

o  Oversee day-to-day office management and ensure a professional and efficient work environment.


6. Branding & Representation

o  Represent Royal Green Realty as the face of the company in Amritsar.

o  Strengthen the company’s brand presence through active networking and public relations.

o Track work progress and present reports to senior leadership on performance, milestones, and challenges.


Any other support required by the Senior Management from time to time.

Qualifications

. Experience: Minimum 15+ years in the real estate industry with proven leadership experience in managing regional/ city operations.

. Education: Graduate/ Postgraduate in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field.

. Language Skills: Fluency in Punjabi (mandatory), with strong command of Hindi and English.

. Preference will be given to candidates with Armed Forces background and relevant leadership experience.

. Hands-on experience in handling large construction sites operations.

. Proven experience in drafting and implementing various departmental policies and procedures.

. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

. Flexibility to travel across project sites as required.

. The role demands a seasoned real estate professional with strong liaisoning capabilities and a commitment to ethical practices.
