Roles & Responsibilities of a Business Head – Automotive Manufacturing

Business Head

🔹 Strategic Leadership

Drive overall business strategy, aligning with organizational goals and market trends.
Lead long-term planning, forecasting, and growth initiatives.
Explore new business models, technologies, and partnerships to ensure competitiveness.

🔹 Operations & Production Oversight

Ensure operational efficiency, cost optimization, and adherence to lean manufacturing principles.
