Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Vice President / Business Head who can take complete ownership of our business development and plant operations. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the automobile industry and should be capable of handling end-to-end responsibilities — from strategy to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development:
• Identify new business opportunities (OEMs, Tier 1/2 vendors, exports).
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Lead pricing, negotiations, and closing of deals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Plant Operations (End-to-End):
• Oversee production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain.
• Ensure timely delivery, cost control, and productivity.
• Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, and other quality systems.
• Lead a cross-functional team including production, QA, stores, and HR.
• Strategic Planning:
• Define long-term business goals and action plans.
• Budgeting, cost optimization, and resource planning.
• Coordinate with board/directors on key business KPIs.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead a team of senior managers, engineers, and operators.
• Drive performance, motivation, and accountability.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in automobile manufacturing / component industry.
• Strong knowledge of plant operations, production planning, and business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Must be willing to be based in Ludhiana full-time.

Compensation:

• Monthly Salary: Up to ₹2.5 Lakhs (based on profile & interview)
• Performance incentives may be added based on results

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
