Job Title: Electrical & Mechanical Fitter Location: Yamunanagar, Haryana Experience Required: 1–3 Years Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dependable Electrical & Mechanical Fitter to support our maintenance and production teams in Yamunanagar. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both electrical and mechanical fitting, installation, troubleshooting, and repair work in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Electrical Responsibilities: Install and maintain electrical systems, wiring, and control panels. Assemble and fit electrical components such as switches, relays, and motors. Read and interpret wiring diagrams and electrical schematics. Perform electrical testing, fault diagnosis, and repairs. Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations. Mechanical Responsibilities: Fit and assemble mechanical components, machines, and equipment. Perform routine maintenance of mechanical systems, including motors, gearboxes, pumps, and conveyors. Identify faults and conduct necessary repairs or part replacements. Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments for precise fitting. Work with engineers to modify equipment and improve performance. Required Qualifications: ITI or Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Fitter trade or relevant field. 1–3 years of hands-on experience in electrical and mechanical fitting roles. Knowledge of industrial machines, control systems, and maintenance practices. Ability to read technical drawings and manuals. Physically fit, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or in a team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a manufacturing, production, or plant maintenance environment. Understanding of PLCs and automation systems is a plus. Basic welding or fabrication skills are an added advantage.
