Role Overview: We’re looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and visionary Business Head to drive revenue growth, strategy, and team leadership at Inmogic. You will be the face of our business, responsible for scaling our existing services (Web & Digital Solutions, SaaS based product), nurturing partnerships, and leading high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities: Business Strategy & Growth Define and execute the company’s short-term and long-term business strategy Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams Drive P&L ownership and business expansion initiatives Sales & Marketing Leadership Lead B2B customer acquisition and growth campaigns across digital, IT, and coworking domains Guide the sales and digital marketing teams to achieve KPIs and ROI Optimize lead funnels, proposal conversion rates, and CRM adoption Product & Service Innovation Work closely with tech/product teams to improve our SaaS offerings Build solution packages around digital marketing, SEO, paid ads, and web development Team Building & Culture Build and mentor cross-functional teams in sales, operations, and delivery Create a high-performance culture rooted in ownership, creativity, and learning Stakeholder & Client Management Represent Inmogic in client meetings, events, and industry forums Maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and internal stakeholders Qualifications: Graduate/Post Graduate with 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, business leadership, preferably in IT, SaaS, digital marketing, or consulting Proven track record of scaling a business or a vertical from the ground up Strong understanding of digital solutions, SaaS business models, and B2B sales Entrepreneurial mindset, data-driven decision making, and strong communication skills Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and business operations Prior startup experience or P&L ownership is a big plus What You’ll Get: Opportunity to lead a growing digital-first tech company Autonomy to build and scale business lines Entrepreneurial environment with direct access to the founding team Industry Standard attractive salary & performance-based incentives and potential ESOPs Freedom to create, disrupt, and grow!
