Business Head

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Business Development to drive growth in both domestic and international markets for our copper wire manufacturing operations. The role involves developing strategic partnerships, expanding the customer base, and identifying new business opportunities across industries such as electrical, electronics, automotive, and construction. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets. Identify and evaluate new market opportunities in the copper wire industry (bare, tinned, braided, enamelled, etc.). Build and manage relationships with OEMs, distributors, EPC contractors, and government agencies. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences. Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals with customers and partners. Work closely with the production and quality teams to ensure alignment of product specifications with market needs. Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company and generate leads. Lead a team of regional sales/business development managers and oversee performance metrics. Prepare monthly/quarterly business development reports and present to the executive team. Key Requirements: Proven track record in business development or sales leadership within the copper, wire, cable, or related sectors. Strong network in industries using copper wire (electrical, automotive, power distribution, etc.). Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach. Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and business development activities. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of copper wire manufacturing processes and standards (e.g., ASTM, IEC). Familiarity with global supply chain and export regulations. Experience working with ERP/CRM systems. Strong financial and commercial acumen.
