🚀 We’re Hiring: Business Growth, Sales & Brand Partnerships Manager (9to5)

Location: Gurgaon | Full-time | Immediate Joiners Preferred


9to5 is a SaaS-powered GiftTech platform that automates employee onboarding kits, corporate gifting, and merchandise for some of India’s fastest-growing companies.

🧩 What You’ll Own

1. Hardcore Sales & New Business Development

  • Hunt, pitch, and close new clients across HR, Admin, CXO, and Procurement teams.
  • Run outreach via LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, phone calls — whatever gets the meeting.
  • Deliver crisp demos that explain 9to5’s onboarding automation & GiftTech platform.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets.


2. Client Relationship Management

  • Manage communication across Slack, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Ensure smooth coordination for onboarding kits, shipments, invoices, and POs.
  • Build long-term relationships that convert into repeat business.


3. D2C Brand Partnerships & Onboarding

  • Identify top D2C brands and onboard them to our SaaS marketplace.
  • Explain how 9to5 unlocks bulk corporate visibility + recurring revenue for them.
  • Assist in catalog setup, listings, pricing, and launch.


4. Brand Communication & Representation

  • Represent the 9to5 tone sharp, respectful, solution-driven.
  • Support brand storytelling, messaging, presentations, and client-facing content.


5. Investor Pitch Support

  • Help founders with investor outreach, communication, and follow-ups.
  • Assist in preparing pitch decks and coordinating investor calls.


6. Cross-Team Coordination

  • Work closely with ops, design, accounts, and warehouse teams to drive closures.
  • Track tasks, follow-ups, and ensure timelines are met with zero chaos.

💼 Experience


  • 1–5 years in Sales, Growth, Business Development, Client Servicing, or Partnerships.
  • Experience in SaaS, HRTech, GiftTech, D2C, or corporate gifting is a plus not mandatory.
  • Freshers with exceptional communication and hunger to sell may also apply.
