Job Description

We're looking for a Business Finance Manager to drive Aftershoot's strategic and financial decision-making through sharp analysis, planning, and insights. You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive business performance, optimize budgets, and help us scale smartly as we expand globally. This role sits at the intersection of finance, data, and strategy; perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and wants to shape the future of a product-led SaaS business.

Responsibilities

Own company-wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Analyze business performance, track key metrics, and drive insights for decision-making.
Build dashboards and reports that help teams track OKRs and financial health.
Partner with functional leaders (marketing, product, growth, etc. ) on spend planning and ROI analysis.
Provide monthly and quarterly business reviews to leadership.
Support investor reporting, board decks, and fundraising data.
Run scenario modeling for growth, hiring, pricing, and expansion.
Identify cost efficiencies and opportunities for margin improvement.
Collaborate with accounting for accurate reporting and financial close.
Help establish finance systems and processes to scale with the business.

Requirements

4-6 years of experience in business finance, FPA, or strategy roles.
Strong command over financial modeling, Excel/Google Sheets, and scenario planning.
Excellent grasp of P& L, revenue models, unit economics, and SaaS metrics.
Comfort with ambiguity, experimentation, and cross-functional work.
Great communication and storytelling skills.
Bonus: Experience in SaaS or product-led startups.
Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Looker Studio, Power BI, Notion, and QuickBooks.
