Business Finance Manager

As a Manager / Sr. Manager Business Finance within the Pharma industry, your role involves overseeing overall business finance activities with a focus on financial discipline and strategic alignment. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support business goals. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze performance, profitability, and cost optimization. - Managing timely and accurate monthly and annual accounts closing and reporting. - Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, taxation laws, and transfer pricing regulations. - Preparing and reviewing MIS reports to provide actionable financial insights to management. - Coordinating internal and statutory audits while maintaining strong internal controls. - Driving process improvements and ensuring adherence to corporate and regulatory policies. - Leading, mentoring, and developing the finance team to enhance performance and efficiency. - Supporting senior management through robust financial analysis.
