Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  monthly and quarterly financial closures

  , ensuring accuracy, compliance, and business-aligned reporting.
• Own

  annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning

  , working closely with business heads to align numbers with strategy.
• Deliver sharp

  P&L ownership and variance analysis

  , tracking KPIs, unit economics, and business levers across functions.
• Partner with Founders and the Business Office to bring

  financial insights into business decisions

  , trade-offs, and growth plans.
• Work across teams (Product, HR, Ops, Marketing) to embed

  financial accountability

  and align spend with ROI.
• Ensure

  strong internal controls

  , audit readiness, compliance and other statutory requirements.
• Drive

  investor reporting

  , fund utilization analysis, and help build decks and financial narratives for board/investor updates.

What You Bring

• MBA from Tier-1 B-School

• 10+ years of experience with

  minimum 4 years in a startup

  , or a New Age company specifically in a

  Business Finance leadership

  role
• Strong understanding of

  financial operations, controls, and systems

  , with ability to scale finance in a growth-stage environment
• Proven track record in

  FP&A, business partnering, and driving strategic initiatives

  through finance
• Excellent in Excel/financial modelling, MIS, and building dashboards that influence business outcomes
• High ownership mindset, executive presence, and ability to collaborate with CXOs and cross-functional leaders
