Role Overview

Business Development Strategist

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive platform growth.
• Strategize market expansion plans — including cities, service categories, and key partnership segments.
• Work with marketing and operations teams to launch creative outreach campaigns targeting gig workers and clients.
• Negotiate and manage partnerships with brands, societies, and organizations.
• Analyze performance data to optimize growth strategies and improve onboarding funnels.
• Represent Nynii in meetings, community events, and local engagement initiatives.

Preferred Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Confident, energetic, and well-presented personality — able to engage clients, partners, and internal teams effectively.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and taking ownership of deliverables.
