International Schooling seeks a highly professional and accomplished Business Development Strategist to lead its international B2B business development initiatives. This role involves global networking, institutional partnership development, and strategic outreach in multiple countries.
The position reports directly to the CEO and requires maturity, responsibility, and the ability to represent the organisation at senior global platforms.
There is no salary bar for the right candidate.
The working hours are 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM, with required flexibility based on global time zones and international engagements.
• Identify, develop, and secure B2B partnerships with schools, education groups, authorities, and international organisations.
• Drive global expansion through strategic networking, representation, and market penetration.
• Attend international events, conferences, and forums to enhance brand visibility.
• Build long-term relationships with decision-makers, institutional leaders, and global stakeholders.
• Lead partnership proposals, negotiations, and agreements aligned with organisational strategy.
• Ensure consistent follow-through on all partnership initiatives.
• Work closely with the CEO to execute global priorities and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare reports, briefs, proposals, presentations, and analytical documents for executive-level decisions.
• Represent the CEO in international interactions when required.
• Conduct detailed analysis of global education trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities.
• Provide insights and recommendations for market entry strategies and international growth.
• Willingness and readiness for extensive international travel to support business development and representation.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in international business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances (education sector preferred).
• Demonstrated success in B2B partnerships and global market engagements.
• Experience working with senior leadership or C-suite executives is an advantage.
• Exceptional communication, networking, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work across cultures, regions, and time zones.
• High professionalism, confidence, and diplomacy.
• Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities.
• Ability to handle high-responsibility tasks with maturity and confidentiality.
