Key Responsibilities :

Take over qualified leads from our Business Development team and convert them into successful deals.

Understand client requirements and present tailor-made digital marketing solutions (SEO, social media marketing, paid ads, content marketing, and more).

Negotiate smartly on pricing and contract terms to close deals with confidence.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive retention and upselling opportunities.

Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions, proposals, and closures using CRM tools.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handover of new clients.


Required Skills & Qualifications :

Minimum 1 year of proven experience in closure or end-to-end sales within a digital marketing agency.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.

A strong track record of meeting or beating sales targets.

Confident in handling client objections and turning them into opportunities.

Good understanding of digital marketing trends, services, and tools (a strong advantage).

Highly self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven, with a can-do attitude.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and performance-driven work environment.
