Position Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to lead and drive sales efforts across digital marketing and technology service lines. The ideal candidate will have experience in LinkedIn outreach, online bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.), lead generation, proposal creation, and deal closures. 🧾 Job Title: Sales Executive – Digital Marketing Services Location: Web spider solutions (Noida sec 135) Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–3 Years (Digital Marketing Sales Preferred) 📝 Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing services (such as SEO, PPC, social media, web development, etc.), excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: ● Identify and generate new business leads through networking, email outreach, and online platforms (LinkedIn, etc.) ● Understand client requirements and present tailored digital marketing solutions including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, content marketing, web development, and more. ● Schedule and conduct sales meetings or video calls with prospective clients. ● Prepare proposals, presentations, and cost estimates for prospects. ● Collaborate with the strategy and operations team to ensure seamless onboarding. ● Maintain relationships with clients and upsell/cross-sell services where relevant. ● Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. ● Track all activities using CRM tools and report sales pipeline progress regularly. ✅ Requirements: ● 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or digital marketing sales. ● Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts like SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, etc. ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. ● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ● Comfortable with using CRM, Excel, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, etc. 💼 Preferred Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. ● Experience selling marketing services to industries like real estate, e-commerce, education, or healthcare. ● Familiarity with sales funnels, lead generation, and digital tools. 🎁 What We Offer: ● Attractive base salary + commission/incentive structure ● Opportunity to work with a fast-growing digital marketing team ● Career growth and leadership opportunities ● Flexible work environment ● Training and upskilling support
