Role & responsibilities Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients. Manage the post-sale customer experience to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Act as the main point of contact for VIP and high-end clientele. Handle escalations and resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency. Coordinate with the sales, design, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of orders. Maintain a CRM database with up-to-date client information and interactions. Develop loyalty programs and customer retention strategies. Regularly gather customer feedback and relay insights to product and operations teams. Assist in showroom visits, design consultations, and event coordination when required Preferred candidate profile Minimum 8 years of proven experience in CRM or customer service roles within the furniture, luxury retail, or interior dcor industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
