Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and generate qualified leads in industries aligned with our services.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using outbound and inbound strategies.
• Understand client requirements, create tailored proposals, and effectively pitch our services.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and conversion targets.
• Represent the studio professionally on LinkedIn, email, and other networking platforms.
• Stay updated on design, branding, and digital industry trends to position us as a thought leader.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience in business development/sales in creative, design, digital, or marketing industries.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand creative services and translate them into client value propositions.
• Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, networking, and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, result-driven, and eager to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
