Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at The Editor Suite, located in Jaipur. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Daily tasks will involve developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining employee records, conducting training sessions, and ensuring a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Strong knowledge of performance management and HR compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in HR software and tools
• Ability to conduct training sessions and manage employee development
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a managerial role is a plus
