Job Title: Business Development Specialist (Online & Offline) Job Location: Mumbai Job Type: Full Time Experience: 3-5 years’; (freshers with strong potential are also encouraged to apply) Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Specialist to spearhead growth initiatives across both online and offline channels. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and manage distributor relationships to expand market reach. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a solid grasp of B2B sales, a flair for relationship building, and the agility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities (both online and offline) to expand market reach. Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential distributors, ensuring they are aligned with brand goals. Develop and establish strategic partnerships with corporate clients to drive & fostering long-term relationships. Manage distributor performance by providing regular feedback, training, and support. Plan and execute field marketing campaigns, including in-store promotions, product demonstrations, trade shows, and local events. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute, and track B2C marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, retail promotions). Manage various sales channels including e-commerce, influencer commerce, and live commerce Track and analyze sales data and market trends. Qualifications & Skills: MBA in Sales /Marketing Preferred Strong knowledge of B2B sales and relationship management Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
