Zoho Specialist

As a Zoho Specialist, your role will involve leading the configuration, customization, and integration of Zoho applications and third-party software tools to improve workflow efficiency and reporting accuracy. Your responsibilities will include: - Configuring and customizing Zoho CRM dashboards, modules, and workflows to meet business needs. - Setting up and optimizing Zoho Analytics dashboards for real-time performance reporting. - Integrating Zoho suite with third-party applications through APIs and native integrations. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design systems based on process requirements. - Developing and maintaining custom functions, automation rules, and scripts using Deluge and other scripting languages. - Conducting data migrations, ensuring data integrity, and performing system tests. - Providing training and documentation for end-users and internal stakeholders. - Monitoring system performance and suggesting enhancements. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience with Zoho One suite, especially CRM, Analytics, and Creator. - Strong understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and SaaS-based software architecture. - Experience in business process analysis and implementation. - Basic coding/scripting knowledge such as Deluge, JavaScript, Python, or similar. - Familiarity with ERP/Accounting systems like Zoho Books is a plus. - Excellent communication skills in English to translate business needs into technical specs. Preferred qualifications and experience include Zoho certifications and familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Postman.,
