Zoho Specialist

As a Zoho System Specialist at Touracle (formerly Kerala Holiday Mart), your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Configure, customize, and maintain Zoho One/Zoho CRM/Zoho Creator/Zoho Books/Zoho People according to the organization's requirements. - Develop workflows, automation, blueprints, and reports specific to travel operations. - Manage data migration, cleansing, and synchronization across systems. - Analyze travel-related processes such as bookings, itineraries, packages, and lead management to suggest digital transformation solutions using Zoho tools. - Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and enhance customer experience. - Provide user support, training, and troubleshooting for Zoho applications. - Ensure system uptime, data security, and performance monitoring. - Design and maintain dashboards, analytics, and performance reports for various departments including Sales, Operations, Accounts, and HR. - Provide insights to management using Zoho Analytics or custom reports. Qualifications required for this role: - Experience in configuring and customizing Zoho applications. - Strong understanding of data management, migration, and synchronization. - Ability to analyze processes and suggest automation solutions. - Proficiency in providing technical support and maintenance for Zoho applications. - Experience in designing and maintaining reports and analytics for different departments.
