Responsibilities : Handle end-to-end hotel booking processes, including reservations, amendments, cancellations, and special requests. Coordinate with hotel suppliers and partners to confirm availability, rates, and booking details. Support the sales team with accurate hotel options based on client requirements, budgets, and preferences. Manage and maintain booking records in CRM or reservation platforms with high attention to detail. Ensure timely communication with customers regarding booking confirmations, changes, and itineraries. Resolve booking-related issues and escalate complex problems when necessary. Monitor hotel inventory, pricing, and trends to support sales strategy and improve conversions. Assist with contract management, rate negotiation follow-ups, and supplier performance tracking. Generate daily and weekly reports on hotel sales, occupancy, and client preferences. Maintain strong relationships with hotel partners to ensure quality service and availability.
