Business Development Specialist

What You’ll Do

• Identify and close B2B opportunities with developers, integrators, and partners

• Lead discovery calls, demos, and onboarding meetings with prospective clients

• Build and manage a partner network across Tier 1–3 cities

• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine go-to-market strategies

• Maintain a structured pipeline using CRM tools

• Represent Cue Home at industry events and workshops

• Share market insights to inform pricing, product roadmap, and messaging

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years in B2B sales, partnerships, or channel development

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Proactive, independent, and comfortable in fast-moving environments

• Capable of building and scaling the Business Development function, including growing and mentoring a team

• Experience in smart home, IoT, automation, or real estate tech (preferred)

• Bonus: Exposure to Matter, HomeKit, or Home Assistant ecosystems
