Infrastructure Engineering

Our multidisciplinary team of engineers—spanning aerospace, mechanical, electrical, civil, and software—works passionately to provide high-quality, scalable engineering solutions to solve complex real-world problems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand our

  Infrastructure Engineering service portfolio

  (BIM, Piping Design, EPC).
• Identify, target, and acquire new clients from

  Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Construction, Water Treatment Plants, Utilities, Manufacturing, and EPC sectors

  .
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers—Project Managers, EPC Contractors, BIM Managers, and Engineering Heads.
• Conduct market research on industry trends in

  BIM technology, digital construction, piping engineering, 3D modelling, EPC project execution

  , and competitive landscapes.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to understand capabilities and develop tailored technical proposals.
• Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, capability decks, and solution demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles—including lead generation, requirement gathering, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
• Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and present accurate sales forecasts.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking sessions relevant to

  Infrastructure and EPC sectors

Requirements

• MBA in Sales & Marketing

  (mandatory)

  .
• Bachelor's degree in civil

  , Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field

  preferred.
• Proven experience in

  Business Development within Infrastructure, Construction, EPC, BIM, or Oil & Gas

  domains.
• Understanding of key concepts such as:
• BIM (Revit, Navisworks, Clash Detection, Digital Twins, 4D/5D BIM)
• Piping Engineering (Isometrics, P&ID, Stress Analysis, Layout Engineering)
• EPC workflows (Engineering, Procurement & Construction lifecycles)
• Strong client-facing, negotiation, and closure skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to build customized engineering solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with an understanding of market trends and customer needs.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Business Development in

  Infrastructure / EPC / BIM / Piping Design Services

• Experience working with international clients (USA, Middle East, Europe) is an added advantage.
• Technical understanding of engineering drawings, 3D models, and project execution workflows.
