The ideal candidate will cultivate relationships with prospective clients in order to catalyze business development success. This individual will schedule meetings with clients in order to understand their needs. They will also work closely with sales and marketing teams to uncover new leads. ResponsibilitiesProactively generate qualified appointments through outbound outreach across multiple channels, including freelance marketplaces and lead generation platforms.Leverage freelance platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer.com, Fiverr, Toptal, Clutch, PeoplePerHour, Truelancer, Outsourcely, Workana, and CodementorX to identify new project opportunities and establish client relationships.Utilize lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, LeadIQ, Lusha, and Snov.io for targeted B2B prospecting, contact discovery, and outreach automation.Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to qualify inbound leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into new business opportunities.Demonstrate excellent communication, consultative selling, and influencing skills to build long-term client trust and drive conversions.Lead efforts to generate leads and close deals for the following service offerings:Custom Software DevelopmentCross-platform Software Integrations (Web, Mobile, Desktop)DevOps & CI/CD ImplementationUI/UX and Responsive Web DevelopmentE-Commerce Solutions including CMS and CRMMobile App DevelopmentDigital Marketing Services (SEO, Social Media, Branding, etc.)Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and global markets across various industries.Collaborate with internal technical and creative teams to develop customized client proposals and innovative solutions.Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and service contracts tailored to client requirements.Maintain accurate sales records and prospect data within the CRM system, ensuring full visibility into the pipeline and client communications. QualificationsLocation: Candidate only apply from Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar Gujarat.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience2-5 years of experience in a Business Development or similar role in Information Technology industry.Strong communication and time management skillsProven track record in IT services sales or related domains.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Familiarity with digital marketing, web development, and software solutions.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
