About Rmanam

Rmanam is a leading IT company based in Patna with 10+ years of experience, serving 200+ clients and delivering 350+ successful projects across various industries. We specialize in Website Design & Development, Software Solutions, Mobile App Development, and Digital Marketing.

We are expanding and looking for a passionate Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities.
  • Approach potential clients and present company services confidently.
  • Maintain strong follow-up and close deals effectively.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial documents.
  • Manage leads, prospects, and pipeline through CRM.
  • Conduct online/offline meetings and demo presentations.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Coordinate with the internal technical team for project scope and delivery alignment.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Basic understanding of IT services like website development, software development, apps, digital marketing (training will be provided).
  • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Good command over MS Office, emails, and CRM tools.

Preferred Experience

  • 0.6–3 years in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
  • Experience in IT / software / digital marketing industry is a plus.

  • Daily CRM updates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
