Department: Sales & Business Development Location: Gurgaon, Haryana Reports To: Sales Head Role Overview The Business Development Representative (BDR) will manage qualified leads generated by the Inside Sales team, conduct discovery meetings, propose solutions, and drive deals to closure. This role carries revenue responsibility and plays a critical part in expanding axiTrust’s customer base and recurring usage. Key Responsibilities Conduct sales meetings with qualified prospects and convert them into revenue opportunities. Lead detailed discovery discussions to identify client requirements, project timelines, and decision-makers. Present and position axiTrust’s product offerings effectively through virtual or in-person meetings. Manage the complete sales cycle: proposal, negotiation, contracting, and closure. Maintain and update opportunity data in Zoho CRM , ensuring full visibility and accurate forecasts. Work cross-functionally with Credit, Legal, and Operations teams for timely execution of client onboarding. Provide structured feedback to Product and Marketing teams on customer insights and market trends. Desired Candidate Profile 2–4 years of B2B sales or account management experience in Fintech, NBFC, BFSI sales. Proven track record of managing end-to-end sales cycles and achieving revenue goals. Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to understand client financial needs, project structures, and tendering processes. Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho preferred) and standard office applications. Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and events.
