Outreach & Engagement: Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce our solutions and book qualified meetings for the sales team. Needs Assessment: Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and challenges, evaluating their fit with our solutions. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategy, refine lead-generation tactics, and ensure a seamless prospect experience. CRM Management: Accurately log, track, and manage all prospect interactions and information in our CRM system. Performance Metrics: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and scheduled meetings. Market Awareness: Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to identify new opportunities. Qualifications & Skills: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required. 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role; we will also consider high-potential, motivated entry-level candidates. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a keen attention to detail. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
