Business Development Representative

Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to join a rapidly growing waste management company in Kochi. The role involves meeting offices, commercial establishments, and institutions to onboard them for scheduled waste collection, disposal, and recycling services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and visit potential clients such as offices, IT parks, clinics, restaurants, and institutions
• Present waste collection, disposal, and recycling solutions to key decision-makers
• Close deals and onboard clients for routine waste pickup services
• Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure client retention and contract renewals
• Achieve monthly acquisition targets and provide regular updates on field activities

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (B2B, industrial, or facility services preferred)
• Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English; Hindi is an added advantage
• Willingness to travel extensively within Kochi
• Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
