Now, we’re looking for a hardcore Sales & Business Development Executive (SDR) who can own our sales growth in the US and European markets.

Position Overview

This is not a routine sales role—it’s a chance to be at the frontline of AI-driven transformation. As a Business Development Executive at Cognitiev, you’ll be responsible for driving outbound sales, building pipelines, and closing deals with enterprise clients. If you are sincere, hardworking, and thrive in high-performance environments, this is your opportunity to make a measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

 Sales & Pipeline Generation  

- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in US and European markets.  

- Execute outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate high-quality leads.  

- Deliver persuasive demos and presentations that highlight the ROI of Cognitiev’s AI solutions.  

- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → qualification → negotiation → closing.  

- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.  


 Business Development & Market Expansion  

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and untapped opportunities.  

- Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns that drive awareness and lead flow.  

- Represent Cognitiev at industry events, webinars, and networking forums.  

- Build long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals.  


 Strategic Contribution  

- Provide feedback to product and leadership teams on client needs and market demands.  

- Track and analyze sales metrics to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.  

- Stay updated on AI/ML and SaaS industry trends to position Cognitiev as a thought leader.

Candidate Profile

We’re looking for someone who is:  

- Experienced in hardcore sales (B2B SaaS/AI/Tech sales preferred).  

- Skilled in international sales with exposure to US/Europe markets.  

- A hunter mindset SDR/BDR who thrives on prospecting and closing.  

- Excellent in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building.  

- Tech-savvy with the ability to explain AI/ML business value to decision-makers.  

- Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.  

- Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).  

- Based in Gurugram/Delhi-NCR (Work-from-office: Faridabad or Gurugram).
