Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure 

  APIs, excipients, flavours, and related raw materials

   from reputed Indian manufacturers.
• Negotiate rates, terms, and delivery schedules for timely and cost-effective procurement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and international clients.
• Coordinate requirements, logistics, and documentation for export orders.
• Support operational and procurement needs across 

  multiple group companies

  .
• Track market trends, product availability, and pricing movements.
• Maintain accurate documentation, purchase records, and vendor databases.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in 

  pharma procurement or trading

  , especially in 

  APIs, excipients, or flavours

  .
• Strong 

  negotiation, communication, and relationship management

   skills.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate across different business verticals.
• Exposure to 

  export procedures and documentation

   preferred.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and eager to grow with a fast-moving organization.
