Business Development Officer

Job Description:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct presentations, client meetings, and follow-ups to convert leads into customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, sales) to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records of sales activities, client communications, and performance reports.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and seminars to promote company services.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify improvement areas.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
