Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Officer based in Delhi. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and exploring market trends to drive strategic growth. The Business Development Officer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze business data, and generate strategies to achieve organizational objectives. The candidate will actively engage in customer service, client meetings, and maintaining regular communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in New Business Development and a track record of securing strategic partnerships.
• Strong Analytical Skills and understanding of market trends to devise data-driven strategies.
• Knowledge of Finance related to business planning, budgeting, and profitability analysis.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and engage stakeholders effectively.
• Proactive approach to managing diverse responsibilities and delivering results within deadlines.
• Previous experience in the perfumery or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
