Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Delhi. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, managing sales processes, conducting training sessions for new customers, and assisting in sales management. Daily tasks will include engaging with clients, identifying sales opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to conduct training sessions for new customers
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the perfumery or essential oils industry is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
