The role involves reaching out to potential customers via phone calls, promoting products or services, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
• Introduce and explain products/services to customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Handle objections and close sales effectively.
• Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service to build long-term relationships.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary/Graduation (as per company requirement).
• Proven experience in telesales or customer service is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in regional languages (e.g., Malayalam, Hindi) or English, depending on the target market.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Basic computer skills for managing records and using CRM tools.
