Job Description

Experience in Calling Telesales and generating leads through calls.
Direct cold call in Industrial area in respective location (Industrial area)
Following up with the clients post client acquisition for payment and other requirements on the ratings.
Completing end to end rating process of mandates preparation on uploading for the quality check and pre and post mandate preparation requirements.
Collection of surveillance fees for the rating process Collect Mandates for enhanced debt facilities from existing clients.
Responsible for maintaining and updating the management information system (MIS) for the credit ratings business.
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across various systems and reports.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business decision-making.
