Role: Business Development Personnel Role Definition Business Development Personnel is one who is responsible for meetings with Corporate HR and Admin head and generating revenues for the company. Responsibility Deliverable 1. Data sourcing & management 2. Sales meetings 3. Sales proposal 4. Negotiation 5. Sales conversion Tasks & Activities Data Sourcing and Management Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like Linkedin, Fundoodata, Google search of the decision makers from the procurement and Admin departments of companies. Maintaining the database on the internal templates of the organization Sales Meetings Preparing for meetings through structured research about target client Having effective sales meetings for the sales team Sales proposal Presenting to be made based on client requirements Coordinate with operations team to make sure of deployment. Write emails professionally to share company profile or any information the prospective client seeks about the company Sales Negotiation & Sales Conversion Negotiate win win deals Ensure profitability of at least 8% Try for bundled services. Cross sale Client Coordination Help in resolving any issues which client may be having. Renewals Ensure 100% renewals. Follow up and maintain good relations with clients.
