Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Thane. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing sales strategies, generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, presenting products and solutions, negotiating contracts, and maintaining customer relationships. The role also involves market research to identify new business opportunities and staying updated on industry trends to provide relevant product information to customers. Designation: Supply Chain Manager Location: Thane : Lead and establish a supply chain process for procurement of components. Develop, hone and execute new improved procurement strategies across all channels of purchasing. Evaluate and enhance our operations in global spend while researching and prospecting new suppliers. Manage every aspect of the supply chain and notify the senior management team of any possible obstacles to ideal efficiency. Perform cost analysis and set appropriate benchmarks. Effectively interface with suppliers to negotiate optimal terms for sourcing. Understand the trade-offs between cost, volume, and quality in order to strike agreements that meet Lumens criteria and secure long term supply continuity. Manage requisition backlog and work towards release of POs on time to suppliers. Manage and support new product ramps and supplier qualifications. Build strong working relationships both internally and with key suppliers. Skills Required: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation skills. Willingness to operate in a dynamic environment. Ability to plan and project monthly requirements as per forecast. Qualification & Experience: Graduate BE, B Tech: Elect/Electronics / MBA in Supply Chain/ PG in Materials Management. Experience from a Similar Industry. Minimum 7-12 years experience.
